This Refund & Returns Policy governs all purchases made through www.incomekaro.in and related services.

By purchasing our products or services, you agree to this policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original purchase date.
  • After 3 days, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges shall be entertained.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following products/services are strictly non-refundable:

  • White-label software
  • CRM systems
  • Custom-developed websites
  • Mobile applications
  • API integrations
  • Branding services
  • Digital marketing services
  • Lead generation services
  • Domain registrations
  • Hosting services
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Subscription fees
  • Setup or onboarding charges

Note: These services involve immediate allocation of technical resources, server deployment, software configuration, and manpower costs.

3. Custom Development Clause

Once development work, software setup, customization, server deployment, or technical configuration has started, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances.

Important: Minor bugs, design differences, browser compatibility issues, or feature misunderstandings shall not qualify for refunds.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered only if:

  • The project has not substantially started
  • Technical delivery becomes impossible solely due to our fault
  • Duplicate payment was made accidentally

Discretion: Refund approval remains solely at the discretion of Incomekaro management.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

  • Development has started
  • Technical setup is completed
  • Admin access is shared
  • Digital delivery is made

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

6. Exchange Policy

Clients may request:

  • Plan upgrades
  • Product modifications
  • Feature additions

Note: Additional charges may apply depending on requirements.

7. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks, false disputes, or payment reversals may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Legal recovery proceedings
  • Blacklisting from future services

Evidence Submission: We reserve the right to submit proof of delivery, communication records, invoices, IP logs, and project files during dispute resolution.

8. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.
  • Processing delays caused by banks, gateways, or financial institutions are beyond our control.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Reviewing service details before purchase
  • Providing accurate project requirements
  • Maintaining backup copies of their data
  • Securing login credentials

Impact: Failure to provide timely information may delay project delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

Incomekaro shall not be responsible for:

  • Loss of business
  • Loss of profits
  • Marketing losses
  • Lead conversion issues
  • Third-party platform bans
  • Google/Facebook policy restrictions
  • Hosting downtime
  • Data loss caused by client negligence
